Privacy policy.

Effective 27 August 2026. This notice explains how Team IM 14 Validus handles personal information submitted through the NIIWG Real Estate website in connection with RLC Residences property enquiries.

Who handles your information

This website is maintained for Team IM 14 Validus, an in-house property sales team affiliated with Robinsons Properties Marketing and Management Corporation (RPMMC) and RLC Residences. It is a broker and sales-enquiry website and is not presented as the official corporate website of Robinsons Land Corporation, RPMMC or RLC Residences.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the selected property, first name, surname, cellphone number, email address, occupation, citizenship, country, enquiry type, message, submission date, technical request information used for security, and the reference number assigned to your enquiry. An external chat service may separately process information under its own policies when you choose to open chat.

Why we use it

We use this information to identify and contact you, answer property questions, discuss availability and sample computations, arrange viewings, keep an enquiry record, send a confirmation email, prevent abuse, protect the website, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.

Who may receive it

Access is limited to Team IM 14 Validus personnel who need it for the enquiry, authorised RPMMC or RLC Residences personnel where escalation or inventory confirmation is required, and carefully selected service providers supporting website delivery, enquiry records, security and confirmation messages. Information may also be processed by a messaging service when you choose to open a chat.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable rules, you may request information about processing, access, correction, erasure or blocking, object or withdraw consent where applicable, request data portability where available, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
